All content, features, and functionality on iBoard Lokal — including software, design, text, images, and logos — are owned by iBoard Lokal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

iBoard Lokal may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, payment processors, AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

iBoard Lokal is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking errors, or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
